This is not a racing school but rather a safe, high speed driving school, conducted on a race track under close supervision by experienced instructors. You will learn how to handle and control your vehicle at speeds not normally attained on public roads. This will help to prepare you for emergencies in normal driving. It will also allow you to explore your capabilities as a driver and those of your vehicle.

At no time will you be pushed or encouraged to go any faster than is comfortable for you. All participants will be organized into run groups in accordance with experience, skill, and type of vehicle. Participants not "signed off" will be required to drive with an instructor on board.

The Delaware Valley Chapter has developed a STUDENT HANDBOOK especially designed for the novice student. If you are a new Driver School Participant, we urge you to read this material to familiarize yourself with the program, safety issues and concerns and to obtain a better understanding of our events for your benefit and for the benefit of your fellow participants.

In addition to the above there are several TRACK BULLETINS that have been generated to provide you with valuable information about the operation of our events. All Students are responsible to be familiar with this information.

Everyone must read, understand and accept the WAIVER & RELEASE FORM prior to registering to participate in a Delaware Valley Chapter Driver School.

Participation in Delaware Valley Chapter Driver Schools is limited to BMW CCA Members only. JOIN BMWCCA on line or call the National Membership toll free number - 1-800-878-9292.

There is a Pre-Event Technical Inspection that must be completed for the vehicle that you intend to participate with at a Delaware Valley Chapter Driver School. We recommend that you have your vehicle inspected by a qualified mechanic no more than 30 days prior to the date of the event. You must present your completed TECH FORM to the tech inspector prior to event registration at the track. (Do not mail your Tech to the registrar.)

EVENT REGISTRATION DETAILS On-line or by mail

Driving event registration is conducted online through the Pukka Software Company. You were recently sent an email from Pukka Software and provided with a username and password. We will also be using this system to communicate electronically with the Student population going forward, so we ask that you log on to www.motorsportreg.com and verify/update your vital information. Once online, you may amend your username and password if you wish to do so and register for events. It is critical that we have a current valid email address for you. Please remember to update your information in the future should there be any changes.

Your event registration is not complete unless you pay. Payment may be accomplished on line via the Pukka Software system by VISA, MASTERCARD or ACH CHECK or you may mail your payment to the registrar after you complete the online registration.

WAIT LIST - Student applications are accepted on a first come, first serve basis, provided all eligibility requirements have been met. There are a limited number of Student spaces available for our events. This number may vary from one venue to another. Additionally - Students are divided by Run Groups (Novice, Intermediate & Advanced) based upon the experience level of the Student. If we receive event applications after a Run Group is full, a Wait List will be created. Wait listed applicants will be accepted on a first cone first serve basis if a vacancy is created due to a cancellation. The event registrar will inform you of your status (confirmed or waitlist) approximately one month before the event.

CANCELLATIONS - Cancellations will be accepted up until approximately two-weeks prior to the date of an event (check the specific cancellation dates in connection with each event). Any cancellation received on or prior to the respective cancellation date will be charged a $25.00 handling fee. Any cancellation following the cancellation date will not be accepted and the entire entry fee will be forfeited. All cancellations must be communicated through the registrar.
